Limo4me is the service/trading name used by “K4 KOSOVIĆ” D.O.O. HERCEG NOVI, PIB / Tax ID 04377834, Registry no. 5-0135800/001, with registered office at Narodnog fronta 31, Meljine, Herceg Novi, Montenegro. This company is the merchant and controller responsible for personal information processed through the Limo4me service, subject to the roles of independent payment and financial service providers.
Information we may process
- Contact information you provide, such as your name, email address and phone number.
- Ride information shared with us, such as pickup point, destination, date/time, flight or reservation details and ride reference.
- Payment-related records such as the agreed amount, order/payment reference and payment status. Full card details are processed by Monri and are not stored by Limo4me.
- Limited technical information, such as an IP address, where required for website security, abuse prevention and payment-request rate limiting.
Why we use the information
- To respond to enquiries and arrange, confirm and provide limousine/transfer services.
- To create and reconcile secure card payment requests through Monri.
- To handle customer support, complaints, cancellations and refund requests.
- To meet applicable accounting, tax, legal and security obligations.
Sharing and confidentiality
Personal information is accessible only to people and service providers who need it to perform the requested service. We may share necessary information with Monri and relevant payment/financial institutions for payment processing, and with competent authorities where disclosure is required by law.
We do not sell personal information. We do not add customers to marketing lists or disclose their details for third-party marketing without a separate lawful basis or explicit consent.

Information is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above and for any retention period required by applicable law.
